Our broad range of direct client services allows us to provide services and support for many conflict related situations:

Information and Referrals: for community members needing support for conflict related issues.

Mediation: broadly refers to a facilitated conversation in which a third party helps others reach agreement. Mediation has a structure, timetable and dynamics that “ordinary” negotiation lacks and allows participants to solve their issues privately. The process is private and confidential, possibly enforced by law. Participation is typically voluntary. The mediator acts as a neutral third party and facilitates rather than directs the process.

Facilitation: generally refers to any activity in which participants are assisted.

Coaching: for those individuals seeking to improve their ability to communicate in difficult situations.

Arbitrationthe parties contract an unbiased individual to resolve their dispute in a psuedo-legal process that creates legally binding agreements.
